As the summer vacations come to a close it is time to discuss my favorite time of year, Autumn. When the leaves begin to change and the days cool down I find inspiration in every gorgeous Autumn moment. One of my favorite aspects of Autumn is the lovely trends it brings, not only are they fun to incorporate they always tend to work well with a classic wardrobe.
With the introduction of fall I have to share one of my favorite trends that I have been seeing everywhere from street style to catwalk and most recently, my closet. I have shared this trend before briefly but never in detail. The trend I am speaking of is animal print, specifically snakeskin.
Leopard print is the neutral we have been choosing for years but now it is time to expand our favorite neutral print to snakeskin. Not only does this particular trend fit perfectly into your capsule wardrobe by pairing with many pieces already worn during the Autumn, it also adds character to an otherwise simple look.
Speaking trends, try combining multiple trends such as suiting and snakeskin (and hair accessories). This is one of my new favorite ways to introduce the snakeskin trend into my wardrobe. Have I mentioned it is also one of the best ways to transition into fall. The look is sophisticated while also quite eclectic and I will be sporting this look all season long.
