Whether I am walking the streets of New York City or perusing through Downtown Huntsville my current favorite color in my wardrobe is Green.  I have never been one to gravitate towards the color green, I even try to avoid green areas because I do not love how harsh it looks in photographs.  But recently I can not seem to get enough of it.

Take a look at this gorgeous The Fifth Label dress I picked up from Elitaire a couple of weeks ago.  It is a simple wrap style dress with the perfect amount of ruffle detail on the sleeve.  I see myself wearing this dress all throughout the rest of Spring, Summer, and even making it work for the Fall.

A large reason I have always strayed from wearing green is simply because I have a hard time determining what colors to pair it with.  Fortunately for me, this dress has a gorgeous floral pattern with slight hints of lilac mixed in.  Of course, I used this as a perfect opportunity to wear my new DIFF sunglasses that I got at Elitaire  that have a hint of lilac to them, along with my lilac mules from Target.  Lilac was a hot color for Spring this year and I can see it making its way into the summer especially paired with colors like green.

Find your favorite green dress, top, pants, or shoes as I know it will be a poppin’ color this upcoming season!
