Take a stroll around your city and something you may see more than once is the midi skirt.  I have never been one for anything except a mini skirt as I normally find longer skirts to be unflattering on my height.

But…the midi skirt has seemed to work perfectly and I plan to tell you why.

For those of you blessed with long legs a midi skirt is such a simple and easy outfit.  Casual or dressy with a pair of flats or heels, it is one of the easiest looks to put together for the season.

As for us shorter ladies out there I recommend finding a high-low midi skirt for the days you wear flats as that will still give length to your legs.  Or you can pair any midi skirt with heels and you will easily elongate your legs and be ready to take on the town.  I personally prefer a block heel like the one I am wearing here as I find it easy to wear for many different occasions.

My entire look from head to toe is from Elitaire and I am in love, it gives me major Italy vibes.  This could be because I am currently obsessed with Italy or because it feels exactly like something I would wear in Positano.  Let me know what you think! But no matter the reason I feel it is a perfect Spring look, and it could even transition into Fall!
