Plaid in fall what a revolutionary thought, right? There is a large amount of sarcasm in that sentence…but none the less I am still a fan of plaid in fall.
While plaid may not be a new trend this season it is bigger and better than ever. We are seeing it as runway style, street style, in jackets, dresses, and even accessories.
My personal favorite way to wear plaid is as a bottom. Whether it be a skirt or pant, I feel it works the best with my personal style. Although do not get me wrong, a plaid blazer is always a great idea and a perfect addition to a fall wardrobe (like here).

So choosing plaid in a skirt is a go-to for me, paired with a chunky knit and my most worn booties of 2017, we have an outfit completely ready for those cooling fall temps.
