Over the years I have been blessed with the ability to purchase a few luxury pieces that I love. Before an item ends up in my possession it usually spends time on a list exactly like this. A list filled with luxury items that I have been eyeing. Some have been on my list for a few weeks, others several years.
If I had only one tip for purchasing luxury items it would be to make a list and think about it. Spend time deciding when/where/why you will use the item and go from there. I tend to splurge on shoes and handbags since I know I will be able to use them for years to come.
I have decided to show you the list of my current luxury wants and the reasons I believe they could be a good purchase. Not only will this help me narrow down which purchase I plan to make next, it could also help you decide what you want to add to your luxury wish list.
Celine Mini Luggage Handbag in Black: I have recently been on the hunt for a simple and classic black tote. Something as large or larger than my LV Neverfull that I can carry everyday. I have narrowed it down to this particular handbag and the Saint Laurent Small Sac De Jour Souple Bag in Black Grained Leather. Both great but I am leaning toward the Celine.
Gucci Princetown leather Slipper in Light Leather Pink: I LOVE my Gucci Princeton Leather Slippers in Black and wear them all the time so why not purchase them in my all time favorite color. Due to the colors that I wear most frequently I can see myself wearing these quite often and all year long.
Burberry The Chelsea Mid-length Trench Coat in Stone: Out of all the items on this list, this particular one has been on the list the longest. Each time I have the ability to purchase this trench it is always during the heat of summer and I seem to find myself wanting more practical items instead. Whenever I do take the plunge I know I will get a lot of use out of it.
Cartier LOVE bracelet in Yellow Gold: Who has not wanted this bracelet at some point? Another item that has been on my list for a while. I have worn my Cartier LOVE ring every day since I purchased it and I know I would do the same with the bracelet. Maybe it would be an ideal birthday gift?
Louis Vuitton Neverfull MM Damier Ebene with Rose Ballerine Interior: Since I have had my current LV Neverfull for a few years now, it is getting a little tired and worn. I have spilt tea, lemonade, and coffee inside of it many times so I think it may be time for a replacement.
Gucci Washed T-shirt with Gucci Logo: This top is adorable. I honestly do not have much more to say about it. I could see pairing this t-shirt with not only jeans but skirts too. An easy t-shirt to dress up or down.
Tory Burch Miller Sandal, Leather in Black: Currently I have a pair of Miller Sandals in Brown that have been chewed up by my lovely dogs. I wear them constantly in the Spring and Summer even though they look awful. So, I am thinking if I were to get another pair I would go with Black this time, as I tend to wear more black than I used to.
Monique Lhuillier Embroidered Peplum Blouse: LOVE does not even describe how I feel about this top. It is probably the most beautiful top I have ever seen. I know I do not need it, but if I ever have the ability to purchase it, you best believe I will. It is a dream top for sure.
